Founded in 1998, on the cusp of the new Millennium, ISS has built
a regional reputation for excellence, conformance to requirements
and innovative solutions design. The past six years have seen a
geometrical growth for the 2 founders to ISS began by doing business
that other companies found not within their core business functions.
From the start, the company's vision was not to develop solutions
and then sell them but to help customers save money and resources
by farming out non-core and ( less profitable ) computer services
and product development.
In time, ISS developed significant expertise in Business Intelligence
and data mining through years of close work supporting world renown
data mining customers. Customers such as digiMine INC, Bellevue,
Washington, USA and DMX Group, Bellevue Washington, USA have allowed
a superior IT outsourcing firm to develop into a Mid East and Asian
regional COE for Business Intelligence and data mining.
ISS now has a team of 15 plus experts focused on providing Business
Intelligence and analytical solutions, including Ph. Ds and Engineers
that studied and worked in France and the USA in fields such as
Neural Networks, Statistical Analysis and Network theory.
Experience
and a strategic decision by the Board of ISS in 2001 to hire and
build the most advanced Business Intelligence and data mining
team in the Middle East has allowed a world class entity to emerge
in the region. ISS has BI customers in the USA, Jordan and Lebanon.
